Around 70 bangladeshi workers have been refused by malaysian authorities and deported back to Bangladesh after their Visas were refused at the malayisian border by the Police. The workers were sent with (apparently( regular visas in the country by Bangladeshi-based Catharsis International Recruiting Agency.
According to Malaysian Police their Visa were expired, but nobody can tell exactly what was the problem. One of the Bangladesh workers, according to Dhaka Tribune said he was sent with other 62 people in Malaysia “on work visas to work for Malaysian Supermax Company, but the Malaysian immigration police barred us from entering the country, saying that our calling visas had expired the day before we landed”.
