He offered his speech in the simple English he knows based on his Commander -in-chief dictation, pretending to be more powerful than he is. Basically, J.D.Vance doesn’t really know what he’s talking about.

Such arrogance in a politician is disturbing, but Vance is someone who has been given a position (despite only yesterday it seems, fiercely contesting Trumps ideals) and is not ‘actually’ a politician. He is just exploiting his position hoping his elderly boss will naturally pass soon and leave him in charge.
Vance appears to be a warning sign. Given the people he surrounds himself with now with Trump, things most likely will be worse than ever. Basically a nightmare.
In the meantime, it is good to remind the young J.D. Vance, that it is Trump who is playing with Putin and hold the strings.
