Accordin to Telegram Channel United 24Media president Erdogan again offered Türkiye as a platform for peace talks between Kyiv and Moscow, including a “peace summit” with the participation of Russia few hours after the visit of president Zelenskyy in which he named a Ada-class corvette manufactured by Türkiye for Ukraine as “Hetman Ivan Vyhovsky”.

Erdogan and Zelenskyy shared observations and thoughts about the war, and emphasized that Türkiye supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and the establishment of lasting peace. The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, responded to the President of Türkiye regarding the peace summit with the participation of Russia and invited Türkiye to the Global Peace Summit. Regarding Russia‘s representatives Zelenskyy said: “We don’t see how we can invite people who block, destroy and kill everything. We want to get a result — a fair world for Ukraine. First, civilized countries will develop a plan, and only then will representatives of Russia be invited”.
