According to Prague Daily Monitor, english written daily online magazine, roughly three-quarters of Czechs agree with the possibility for Czechs citizens to conclude marriage irrespective of sexual orientation, and three-fifths support gay and lesbian couples’ children adoptions.
The news came directly from the results of a poll conducted within the campaign We Are Fair for the marriage for all which was launched a year ago, as campaign spokeswoman Klara Kubickova has told journalists.
According to the poll results, LGBT activists said the number of people supporting equality for gay and lesbian people is growing while the rights equality is opposed by 19 percent of Czechs. The poll was conducted on a sample of 1,216 people the last February.
